Rookie Real Estate Agent's Big Adventure

In Xihong City, you are the rookie real estate agent with 30 days to secure six listing agreements. Ride your scooter through the streets, spot houses with red for-sale signs, and use your phone at the door to pull a property transcript showing the owner's surname and registered address. If the address is visible, visit directly; if it is hidden, leave a development letter and hope for a call back. Each day gives you 100 stamina: a record check costs 10 and a conversation costs 20, so plan your route and choose your targets carefully. During talks, watch the owner's suspicion and your own confidence, and use each round to uncover the concern behind a refusal. Building managers, neighbors, and shopkeepers can provide clues, while map pins help you link visits into an efficient route. The branch manager and senior colleagues offer advice along the way. It runs free in your browser, so you can start the 30-day challenge right away.
