Imperial Exam Life: A Ming Scholar Simulator
About This Game
Live the life of a scholar in Ming dynasty China, between 1411 and 1648, and see how far the examination road takes you. Study, sit the imperial exams, and climb the ranks if you pass; fail, and you can head home and retire with what you have. Every exam attempt and every personal relationship stacks up into the life you end up leading. More than 120 life and history entries are unlocked along the way, so the run doubles as a look at how the Ming system actually worked. Free, no download, plays in your browser.
