Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-11-02
By using GG Games (gggames.cc) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
GG Games is a free directory of web games that play in your browser. The games are made and hosted by independent creators; we list them, write descriptions and link to or embed them. Games may change, stop working or be removed at any time.
Third-party games
Each game belongs to its creator and runs on the creator's website. We are not responsible for a game's content, ads, purchases, accounts or data practices. Please play at your own discretion and follow each creator's own terms.
Copyright and removal requests
All rights to the games belong to their creators. If you made a game listed here and want its listing corrected or removed, email [email protected] with the game's link and a way to confirm you own it, and we will act promptly. Players can flag broken or inappropriate games with the "Report a problem" link on each game page.
Acceptable use
Please do not disrupt the site, attempt to bypass its security, scrape it at a rate that harms other visitors, or submit spam ratings and reports.
Accounts
Google sign-in is optional and only used to sync your favorites and history. You can delete your account at any time from the My Favorites page. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site.
Our content
The site's design, logo and the descriptions we write belong to GG Games. Game names, images and other materials remain the property of their owners.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GG Games is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any third-party game.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
