Daikon Muki Muki

Hold the daikon with your left hand and slide the knife up and down with your right to peel it into thin, long ribbons. That is the whole challenge of Daikon Peeling Challenge, and it is trickier than it sounds. Push the blade in too deep and the peel grows thick and snaps with a crack; go too shallow and it tears away, ending the run on the spot. Every stroke has to sit right between those two failures.
