Tiny Islands (2019)

Draw a card, then draw a stretch of coastline. Tiny Islands is a tabletop-style game played out on paper: each card you flip decides what goes onto your little archipelago — woods, houses, sandy shores — as a blank sea chart slowly turns into a map that's yours. When the drawing is done, the scores decide who planned the better islands.
