Beat the eggs, pour them into the pan, fold them while still soft and give the pan a flick to shape the omelette. Lay it over chicken rice, then cut it open so the runny egg spills across the rice. Few steps, but the fold and the flip depend on timing, so it takes a few tries to get a clean shape. It runs in the browser.
