Dubai Chocolate Mochi Master by lovetoplayfunfunfun

Make a batch of Korean-style Dubai chocolate mochi from scratch. You start by toasting kataifi until it crisps up, wrap it around a chocolate ice-cream center, then cover everything in chewy mochi dough, glaze the outside and plate it. Every stage is hands-on, so you are balancing three textures, crunchy, cold and chewy, inside a single bite. It is free to play, nothing to download, and it runs in your browser.
